Foods to Use during Foreplay

falling in love, great bedroom food, smoking cigarettes, using ice cubes in your foreplay

Using food in foreplay is one of the greatest experiences you can give to both yourself and the woman you’re with. If she has an oral fixation (think smoking cigarettes, gum-chewing, or lip-biting) then she’s going to love the addition of food into your sex. It’s an extra little something to do with your mouth and feeding each other is one of the most sensual and intimate things to do. While many foods can make good things to introduce into foreplay, there are a few that top the list.

Whipped Cream and Strawberries

When you hear about the idea of using food in foreplay, this is probably the first thing that comes to your mind. It’s true that whipped cream has long been considered to be one of the most sensual foods to drizzle on a partner and then spend twice as much time licking it off. With the applicators of most cans of whipped cream being so precise, it’s easy to draw patterns or write things on her skin or have her write them on yours. On top of that, strawberries are considered to be one of the most sensual fruits out there and there’s something erotic about feeding them to each other slowly, especially if they’re covered in chocolate. Whipped cream is a great bedroom food because while it’s sweet and a little sticky, it won’t make a giant mess that you won’t be able to sleep because of later. Still, if you’re worried about a mess, try small bits of granulated sugar instead if you want something sweet; lick each other’s skin and let the tiny sugar crystals stick, and then lick again.

Chocolate

This is also great because of its libido-boosting properties. By releasing a certain chemical, chocolate produces a feeling in the brain that’s like falling in love or feeling an intense amount of pleasure. With an effect like that, the question isn’t if you should use it with a woman, but instead why haven’t you used it yet? Chocolate syrup doesn’t quite do the trick, though since it’s messy, runny and sticky, so your best bet is to get a few chocolate bars and stick them in the microwave for about 15 seconds. They’ll start to melt but won’t be runny like syrup and you can spread the chocolate on her body or have her spread in on yours and lick it up. It’s a sensual experience, and who doesn’t love chocolate?

Ice Cubes

While not really a food, it still tops the list because it’s just so fun. Ice cubes are by far the most underrated things to use in foreplay. Using them in sex isn’t about the taste, but rather the experience and the blend of sensations – hot and cold in alternating order is an experience you should try with her if you haven’t already. To really get the most out of using ice cubes in your foreplay, swirl the ice cube around in your mouth for a few minutes before one of you goes down and the chill of your mouth on the hot body is going to send shivers down your spine.
